NOTE TO BEGINNERS: These classes are multi-level and you'll find there is usually at least another beginner or two in the room at almost every session.  Remember, you may not be able to do everything and that is totally fine. Yoga is non-competitive.  Everyone started out as a beginner at one time. 

FOR SEASONED YOGIS: An intermediate, flowing version of this practice is offered on Wednesday mornings and Tuesday evenings.

This is Integrative Yoga Therapy. Suitable for a wide range of fitness and experience levels, these gentle, easy-to-follow Hatha Yoga sessions are a skillful blending of traditional and therapeutic yoga.

This style of practice provide a multitude of benefits including stress relief, reduced joint and back pain, and the easing of tight, constricted muscles. By combining static stretching with conscious breath, the knots located deep within the tissues of the body are addressed and systematically released. The result is a feeling of ease under the skin and a renewed sense of inner peace. Each one of these soul-healing sessions is an experience that can improve even the most life-challenged day.
