BASIC FLOW  - This is a step-by-step approach to a step up from Hatha Yoga. It connects familiar postures through the breath using the classic Sun Salutation series and its many variations. The pace is comfortable and alignment assistance is offered freely as needed. The Friday morning version of this class includes traditional floorwork while the Wednesday evening version is paired with Yin Yoga style hip openers. 

 

VINYASA FLOW This is a popular and still emerging type of yoga that fuses elements of Power Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Viniyoga together to create a practice with its own unique style. Students  already familiar with Hatha Yoga will enjoy the sequencing of traditional standing postures thoughtfully threaded together through conscious breath.  The pace is steady and more challenging and some prior experience on the yoga mat is recommended.
